Show door open button on Echo show devices for Intercom Calls

When i talk to the door via an echo show device, why is there only the mic mute button an d not a "door opener" Button ?Why do I have to end the call and then open the door via Voicecommand?

Does it still work like you mentioned or have the updated it? I have an Intercom and am looking to buy a Spot or Show so that I can have a dedicated device to unlock the door, but if it doesn't display a button for me to press or slide and I'm forced to do it via voice, I won't get one.
