Ring Doorbell Health Check Info

When I had a problem with my doorbell not functioning I checked everything. My app said my doorbell was online so I ignored internet problems. I then went to work on the doorbell and removed the battery. My app still said the doorbell was online. I realised it was getting the info from the health check section which was over 5 hours old. Had the correct info been given on the app (offline) I would have discovered the problem immediately. That is obviously an area that needs attention please!
