New Format & Blurry Camera

The new Ring format to view live and past events is HORRIBLE. The previous format was a lot more user friendly. Please put it back.Also, for the past two weeks, my Ring Floodlight camera has been blurry. I've tried it all.... rebooted, unplugged, checked the wifi connection, wiped the lens.... NOTHING. STILL BLURRY.Could the blurry camera be connected to the "new and improved" Ring app update. Please undo the latest update that was implemented around early July XXXX. Somewhere a failure has occurred. Please reinstate the previous format. ThankYou .
