New Design for Head to Toe Video Doorbell Issues
As of June 2025 the new design of the Head to Toe 2024 Battery Doorbell design change from the 2 screws at the bottom of the bracket to attach the camera to the bracket to the new design of using the orange plastic design issues.1- The new design is very hard to get the camera to snap into the bracket.2- With being plastic, when temperatures are colder create the problem of breaking/snapping off when trying to re-attach the camera.3- The Doorbell has now become a security issue, because anyone with a small flat screwdriver can remove the camera by pressing in the slot at the bottom. Before with the older version you would have to have a special head screwdriver to remove the 2 screws at the bottom.Because of these new design issues, it makes it harder to attach & detach the camera for charging and also has created security theft issues.I have multiple older version Ring doorbell cameras and are happy with them. This new version I believe I will be returning it and not recommending these to people considering purchasing this updated version.I hope the Rind Doorbell Design people will look into these issues and address these concerns.Frank XXXXXXXXXX
