Myq Shared user access
My wife “owns” the house in Ring and shares the location with me. I “own” the house in Myq and share the location with her. We both can’t link our ring accounts to the shared device in Myq because of location/device ownership. You need a way to integrate shared devices with outside programs with shared locations within ring for multiple users.

A secondary user of the Smart Garage Controller cannot integrate with RING, only primary user. This is a huge gap! Makes the solution so only one person can use within RING.

First, there doesn’t appear to be any way to share a MyQ garage door with other shared users. This is an important feature. Why should only one person in the house be able to control/see the front door. This is just as bad as the mailbox sensor or the ring lights only being able to be controlled by one user. Second, since my Amazon account is linked to another ring account, there doesn’t appear to be a way to add more than one MyQ account to either the same ring account or a different ring account. I have a MyQ account for work and one for home. I want to be able to see both of them.

Please add in support for shared access to a Ring co-owner for Amazon Key and MyQ garage door controller. It makes no sense that my spouse cannot receive the same benefits as I do as the account owner. The co-owner should get the same access rights, hence the name co-owner.

October 2022, and this is still an issue. Workaround is to use myQ for the second user, but defeats the purpose of a single port for home control

I am the primary account owner for both Ring and MyQ. I am able to link MyQ onto my Ring dashboard just fine, but my wife (a shared user on both Ring and MyQ) is unable to get see the MyQ devices through her Ring dashboard. Please solve this.
