Modes “Enhancement” is Trash

The decision to move modes functionality into a hamburger menu four levels deep instead of having it readily available at the top of the screen is totally bizarre to me. The one thing I actually want to do on a repeated basis in this app is alarm and disarm my ring. The only other thing I would ever do repeatedly is click on the camera, and typically after I am alerted during Away mode! I understand there’s other settings and nifty things I can do, but seriously, looking at the camera and arming and disarming my house are what I want out of a security camera 99% of the time I use the software. I’m asking you to roll back the change. Keep in mind, I have elderly parents who also have rings and now I have to try and explain the stuff to them. I might as well get them an old camera and a VCR. If the changes are not rolled back I’m getting a different camera system. Not a threat just giving you honest feedback. Terrible UX guys.
