Improve Documentation for Ring App

Good user documentation is a key indicator of quality. We need better documentation on using the Ring App. Specifically:1) How to delete old videos and reclaim space on our mobile device without removing the Settings.2) How to setup the App on a new phone/device and dispose of the old device without losing the Settings. I understand there is a sequence of steps to follow to preserve the Settings.
