I have a Weiser Smart Lock that has an after market ZWave plus chip I installed for connecting to alarm system. But won't connect to Ring

have a Weiser Smart Lock that has an after market ZWave plus chip I installed for connecting to alarm system. But won't connect to Ring. I understand that Weiser is not compatible but the microchip should be! Can somebody please point me in the direction to resolve this issue instead of sending me lists of compatible locks. I cannot even connect to a technician by phone as just a busy signal!! Customer Service is non existent by phone and very frustrating. I would appreciate getting this resolved considering this alarm system is not cheap.
