Add option for chime when zone is closed

The chime option appears to only make a sound when a zone goes from closed to open, but it would be nice to have an option to enable a chime for when it also goes from open to closed.

I completely agree, I added the retro kit for my existing system and would love to have the open/closed alerts. That way I will be less dependent on having to look at my phone to see if my kids remembered to close a door
