  It would be easier if you use the Alexa app to add the Ring skill. It will apply to all your devices then as well.

   Hi team I face the same issue, I have ring wired doorbell and echo show 8 gen2. I did link ring and Amazon accounts And when I search for ring in the skills and games in Alexa app, I couldn't get it. Attached the screenshot

   When I click the Ring Alexa skill in the ring app, it shows the skill no longer exist. Could you please help me here?

   A crazy rule with ring says I can embed only one pic in a post. Not sure why?
