Sound when Alexa loads Ring

Hi, I’ve recently connff we voted our Alexa to the door bell and front flood light camera. It automatically loads the camera with the sound on, so we can here outside. It’s so noisy and would prefer it to load with no volume. Any ideas? Thanks
