My posts of attempted break ins are always denied!

I have attempted to put up a few different videos and pictures of people attempting to break in or gain access to my house while I'm not there. My posts consistently get denied and without reason. The cops tell me to post it, the Ring denies it every time. All they can say is it doesn't follow the requirements. They sent me a list of the requirements and my videos clearly meet their requirements. I'm still waiting on a valid reason as to why my crucial important videos that people need to see aren't getting posted. Horrible customer service. Not one person can help over the phone. They say only option is to email. I've been waiting four months for a response to my numerous emails and still nothing. Not worth the money I pay each year. What a joke.
