Hi @Dinesaur2018. Those were excellent steps to try and fix your concern. Try these additional steps as well to see if they help: - Verify your Doorbell has [good signal strength](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). - [Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera). - Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi). If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372) a call for further assistance.
