Ring doorbell not working at all
Hi , So my doorbell suddenly stopped working , I thought it had run out of battery so I charged it overnight and out the batteries back in the doorbell however it didn't work and the doorbell won't even switch on. So I got new batteries and inserted these and the doorbell is still not working. It doesn't light up , it doesn't do anything! Please help ! This was only purchased about 8 months ago!

Hi there, @Nursey! Your Video Doorbell should certainly be showing some sort of LED indicators with a fully charged battery inserted. If pressing the ringer or setup buttons do not result in any response, as does removing and reinserting the battery, try performing a reset on your Video Doorbell. This can be done by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. This will allow the Doorbell to be setup fresh and might resolve this concern. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)

I think the new camera firmware has a bug. When you replaced batteries, it upgraded the firmware. They are working on it but they incorrectly think it is an app issue.
