I have two floodlight cameras which both have now disconnected and won’t reconnect even when resetting the router. The app wants me to push a button which I would need a ladder to reach over two stories in order to push this button, a ladder I don’t have. There has to be an easier way, hope someone can help.

Hi @Doug201. You can try [rebooting the Cameras from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-), or you can shut the power off to the Cameras for a minute and power them back on to see if they come back online. If that does not work, you will have to push the setup button on them to go through the [reconnection process](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). If your Cameras are constantly falling offline, this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023559372-Fixing-Your-Devices-Falling-Offline-Repeatedly-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) will provide troubleshooting steps to look into. I hope this helps.
