USB C to barrel?

I got the pan and tilt adapter for 3rd gen stickup cam. I got one of outdoor adapters from ebay not realizing it's USB c and not barrel. Called ring and the lady said the USB C female to male barrel is only for solar panels and not powering the cameras or pan and tilt adapter. When I asked if they have an adapter that provides power also not just solar she said yes it's XXXX. But the XXXX adapter looks the same as the ones in the solar panel box. Do you not make a USB C female to 3.5mm x 1.35mm male barrel for powering my cameras.
