what can trigger smart lights to turn on

i purchased a ring bridge and some smart light bulbs. we already have a wire ring doorbell. my intent was to turn on a light when the doorbell senses somebody walking up to the door. i can't find any way to have the motion sensor within the ring doorbell  be able to communicate with the ring bridge and turn on the light bulb. i know the bridge can control the lightbulb as i can turn in on and off using the ring app. so what exactly is used to sense motion outside and be able to turn on a smart light bulb when motion is sensed. i also know the ring doorbell is sensing motion as i get notices on the ring app when i walk up the driveway. i just cant find a way to tie the motion sensed by the doorbell to the bridge in order to turn the smart light bulb on.
