Solar Pathlight not following settings

I have 4 Solar Pathlights installed in close proximity to each other (a few feet between devices) and one seems to be behaving differently than the others: I have them set to low motion sensitivity and to not turn on during the day but the light in question seems to be ignoring both of those. Also, it seems to be constantly returning to the default brightness setting, even though I want to have it set to the lowest possible value. How can I troubleshoot a device like this? Is there anything I can do to e.g. factory reset the device to see if it will honor the settings after starting fresh?

Hi @golish. You can try removing the device from your Ring App and setting it back up using the steps under Set Up a Device. If this Pathlight continues to not behave accordingly, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team so they can take a closer look for you and go more in-depth with the troubleshooting. You can reach our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.

I think removing it from the app might have solved the issues - I'll observe it a bit more and will reach out to customer support if the problems come back.
