Solar Floodlight status question

Good day, I have a ring solar floodlight and my solar panel gets plenty of sunlight. I have 2 new batteries placed into the unit as well. Hi @user55123. The status of the Solar Panel is not displayed for the Solar Floodlight. Make sure the Solar Panel is properly connected to the Floodlight, and ensure it is receiving at least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day. If it appears that the batteries are not being charged by the Solar Panel after checking these things, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) to look into this further.
