Hello:I purchased many of the Smart Lighting Motion Sensors. They all seemed to work fine initially. However, I decided to move the location of one of them. In the process, I deleted it from my app and the tried to set it up again. However, now the ring app says that it can't find it.I have pressed and held the reset button for five seconds - changed the batteries and nothing seems to work.Any help would be appreciated.thanks

If that fails, do your setup using a different phone or tablet.
