Slow live view, slow connection
I have two ring pro floodlight cameras. Both near the WiFi connection, both are connected. However, whenever I get alert “there’s someone on the driveway,” and when I try to look at the video footage or live view, it takes forever to load. It keep buffering. Also, deleting the old recoded data is not convenient. You have to delete each video one at a time. To me, I found out that it was a wast of money. I bought a cheaper different brand and working way better than this expensive junk.

Hi @user_465660. If the Live View loads without issue on wifi, and problems only occur on mobile data, the issue is isolated to the mobile data. You may need to adjust some settings or permissions, or contact your service provider.

Well, I have the same issue but I never waited enough for the video stream to load and assumed it is not working on the 4G (mobile) network? So on WiFi the Ring camera stream is quick, however, for the Alexa app on 4G the Ring camera stream to me it is not working. Any solution?
