Ring Wall Light Offline
I installed a Ring Wall light above my garage three weeks ago. Until Monday, it was charging properly and stayed at full battery. It's history showed it went offline Monday nig

Thanks Tom. I took the light off of its mount and attempted to charge it right next the the bridge. After charging overnight it still didn’t work. I ended up exchanging it for a new one. I have Ring products much farther away from the Bridge that work just fine. I think I had a defective unit.

Hi @jtrippe77. How far is this Wall Light from your Ring Bridge? If it is too far, it might have a weak signal and that could be the cause for it going offline. Another important fact to keep in mind, is that the garage door (which I'd guess is metal) could be causing environmental interference and be a contributing factor to causing this Wall Light to fall offline. I'd suggest repositioning your Ring Bridge to mitigate this, then monitor it's performance for a few days. I hope this helps.
