Are ring going to enable the siren on the outdoor cameras to activate when the alarm sounds

That feature has been requested many times in the community, so we will just have to wait and see.

Can the Ring outdoor plug be used to program and control any lights or do they have to be wifi/ring lights. Can i use this plug and the ring app. to control just regular lights?

The [Outdoor Smart Plug](https://ring.com/products/outdoor-smart-plug) will essentially turn your regular outdoor lighting into smart lighting that can be controlled in the Ring app. This is made possible with the use of the [Ring Bridge](https://ring.com/collections/smart-lighting/products/smart-lighting-bridge/?variant=19857818517593&original_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fring.com%2F), which is sold separately.
