Ring Bridge Power Supply

Hello - I have the cord for my bridge, but need to know if it will work with any USB power device? Or do I need to order a "ring" USB? I've looked in the store and don't see one. Thanks for your help!

Hi @justjuliejorgen1. Your Ring Bridge should have come with the correct USB power supply and cable. If for some reason you didn't receive one, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.

The original USB that came with it was lost. I still have the cable. Thank you!

My bridge is roughly 2 weeks old but the plug part is broken. The part where the cable comes from detaches from where the actual power plug is - the prongs. I have secured it with electrical tape but was wondering if it would be possible to just get a new power supply - not the bridge
