Ring bridge offline on 1 or 2 devices

I have the ring bridge for the solar step lights I added a second android device to access them but the second device shows bridge and lights offline while my primary device shows online and fully functional.Any ideas?

Hi @Goodmanjl531. Make sure the Ring app is fully updated on both Android devices, and ensure you’re signed into the correct Ring account. If you have a VPN one either of the Android devices, make sure it is turned off when using the Ring app.
