Pathlights won’t connect to bridge

HiHoping for some assistance. I’ve had my bridge and 7 battery pathlights working great for the last 3 years but recently all 7 haven’t been able to connect to the bridge (the lights have power, the wifi is good but there is no green connect light on the bridge and all the devices health checks say there is no connection to bridge)I haven’t made any changes to my network, they just seem to have stopped workingI’ve removed the bridge and lights and tried readding but I get the same problem. I’ve even bought a new bridge thinking that maybe the old one was broken but still get the same problems.A weird issue also is that when I add a light it says it needs to install an update but then just moves on and doesn’t tell me if update happened or not.Another weird issue is once the light is added, even though I can’t turn it on or off and it’s health says it’s unavailable , I still get motion alerts through ring so does that mean its somehow connected for alerts but not for control? Thanks

Just an update. It appears I can turn them on and off via Alexa so the bridge seems to kinda work but just doesn’t let me control via ring.

Hi @TallyHo. The Smart Lighting Bridge is what connects to your wifi, and the Smart Lighting devices connect to the Bridge using RF signals. If the Bridge is not connected to wifi properly, this would impact your ability to control your Ring Smart Lights in the Ring app. First, close out of the Ring app completely and check the app store to see if an update is available. It's important for the Ring app to be updated to the latest version. Once you've done that, reopen the Ring app to check if the Bridge is reporting that it's online. If it's still not showing as connected, please follow up with our support team via phone or on Facebook @Ring for further assistance.
