PAR38 "Smart" Bulbs Stopped Working/ Will Not Re-connect

Installed 4 PAR38 bulbs with my Ring Alarm Pro as the bridge. Worked fine for almost a month and suddenly went "offline". I have spent several hours trying every recommendation I could find online -- zero luck. I removed the bulbs completely from my Ring app and tried setting up from scratch. The process stalled when attempting to connect to my Alarm Pro, ending with the message "Something went wrong". Worst part is I tried to initiate a return and Ring will not take them back! TOTAL RIP-OFF! I AM SO SORRY I EVER BOUGHT $1,200 WORTH OF RING PRODUCTS!
