Lights don't turn on when motion detected
Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro. Lights No longer come on when motion is detected. Lights only work when I manually turn them on from the app. Everything has been fine for the past year. No changes in the app settings, everything is the same. I've rebooted several times and even deleted the camera from the app and reinstalled. Anyone have any ideas for a solution?

Hi @user_bcb109. As @user81246 mentioned, the Floodlight Cam has separate motion detection for the lights and for the camera. Try checking under Device Settings > Light Settings to make sure that Motion-Activated Lights are toggled on. Under the Light Settings menu, you can also check the Motion Zones for Lights to make sure they aren't disabled. Lastly, the Light Sensitivity can also be adjusted to be more sensitive if needed. UI have the Spotlight Camera Plus. Where is the Light Sensitivity setting? I see Device Settings -> Light Settings -> Brightness & Schedules but not Sensitivity.

UI checked all settings. Everything is on and at maximum. Could it really be a bad sensor? This camera isn't even a year old

JHi @user81246. The Spotlight Cam Plus will not have the Light Sensitivity setting. Only select Cameras will have this option, like the Floodlight Cam Wired Pro.

My understanding is that two different sensors are used for recording activation and light activation. It seems the light activation sensor has failed.
