Light schedule

I just purchased the new solar flood light for my backyard. I can't figure out how to just set the light to only come on when it senses motion between certain times. I already have a rule to stop sending me motion notifications from 6am-6pm, I want the light to be disabled from 6am-6pm as well. Will turning the Light Sensor and setting the threshold to 0/1 kind of do what I want it to do?
