Light motion setting will not shut off

Question

Light motion detection will not shut off. ARGGGGGHHHH...So frustrated. I go to setting and shut off light and close out an light goes back on. Click setting again and light is still clicked to on. Shut off again ...close out...light goes back on...go back into setting...and low and behold. Light is switched on again....repeated like 25 times. Tried changing setting on over all system to disable...still not tiring off...what is going on?

Hi @Jdsouza. Can you please clarify which Ring Smart Lighting device you have? Also, would you mind sharing a screenshot of where in the Ring App you're seeing the motion detection toggled off? I'd be happy to help once I have a better idea of what you're seeing on your end. :)

I am having the same issue. I turn off the light in the app and then log back in and the app says it is off but in the live view you can see lights are still on. The device is the floodlight cam wired plus.  I installed yesterday above my garage
