Issues with Bridge connectivity

I've had 7 solar steplights installed on my deck and were working well. I moved my bridge to a better location and 5 of the steplights no longer connected. I moved the bridge back, but the 5 light will not connect to the bridge. I've brought them inside to see if there's an issue and the batteries all seem to be dead. Anyone else have that problem? Plenty of light to charge them where they're mounted...

    Hi @jmarchiando. Have you tried removing and re-adding the Steplights that are no longer connected? If not, I would recommend doing so as they likely lost connection when the Ring Bridge was moved. if you're unable to get them reconnected, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).       I now have 2 devices that will not reapond at all - no power and won't accept a charge. I'm not sure what the issue is for those two units, but I think they may need to be replaced. Will need to call tech support.
