Smart Lighting
Directions for dimming camera lights are not applicable
My neighbor (of many years) have complained that my backyard camera lights are too bright. She sent me a picture and it is horribly bright. How can I dim them? Most directions given don't work since I do not have a "Tap Light Brightness" option, so I'm unable to "adjust the lightness" like it says. They're upset, so now I turned my lights off except when motioned, but I'm alone, and live inner-city, and with all the crime, I really prefer my back lights on. Please help.

Battery Doorbell Pro I can activate the alerts/snooze and turn off the motion detection totally. What I can't do is "motion snooze" as that feature/choice is missing.

JHi @user_9c2615. Motion Snooze is no longer referred to as Motion Snooze in the Ring app. It is now Alert Snooze. That is why you cannot find it in the app.

Hi @user_9c2615. Not every model of Ring Security Camera has the same settings available. First, which model of camera do you have? The device name should be located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Once I know which device you have, I can provide more information on the settings available to you.
