Can’t remove Ring light bridge from app
Went to change the WiFi network on my light bridge and it disconnected. I can’t connect to the bridge now and the bridge can’t be removed to re-setup because it won’t allow me to remove it because it can’t connect to it. When I go to set the device up it tells me it already exists. How do I remove the device so I can set it up again with the correct settings?

I had same problem 2 days ago when I first got the bridge. I called Ring CS and the wait time was less than 3 min. After telling them the problem, I was told there was an issue with Ring app that they were working to fix it. The next day, I could remove the bridge from my RIng app.

Hi @Jomama69. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026018531-Troubleshooting-Guide-for-Ring-Smart-Lights-Bridge) has some great troubleshooting steps for the Ring Bridge. i would look over these troubleshooting steps to see if they can help. If this doesn't seem to work, I'd suggest contacting our support team. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
