Adding new smart light

I have a new ring smart lighting and it not adding to my bridge keep saying adding barcode and then has me do it again and again and gets no where

Hi @Usermrtude. What Ring Smart Lighting device are you trying to set up? You should be able to see the name of the device on the original packaging. Additionally, can you please share a screenshot from the Ring app, showing which part of the setup process you're currently at? This will give me a better idea of what you're seeing on your end. :)
