Ring intercom ringing when neighbours buzzer is pressed

My ring intercom works ok, however it often rings when a different buzzer was pressed, so if any of my neighbours have a visitor it rings my phone as if they pressed my button. When this happens the actual intercom handset does not ring but the ring intercom unit and my phone app do. So if I’m home I know it’s not for me. But when I’m out it’s very annoying because I have to answer it, in case it’s for me. Often it isn’t. Which is making my neighbours angry. It’s a Videx 3121 handset, I’ve spoken to ring chat help and they checked wiring etc and tried a different wire but it’s still doing it.
