Ring Intercom connection to my intercom with external ringer
troubleshooting

Hi everyone, I bought a Ring Intercom and I should connect it so that it can work with my Bticino Sprint Analogue intercom, but more importantly with an external ringer. So, with the instructions of the app it should not be a big problem to make the audio connections to make the intercom work, quite different matter is the one related to the doorbell as I have a separate ringtone(not even nearby, but I brought the wires close). All on a rather antiquated analog intercom system. I enclose photos of the intercom and also those of the ringer, I believe the circuit is closed between the red wire and the white one(If they touch together the ringer rings). I have 2 main issues: the doorbell the door opener 1. DOORBELL I tried to: connect the white external ringer wire(positive) to the C6 wire on the Ring connect the red external ringer wire(negative) to the C1 wire on the Ring In this case the doorbell will start ringing no stop and the Ring Intercom start to notify the ringing doorbell also no stop. I also tried to: connect the white external ringer wire(positive) to the C1 wire on the Ring connect the red external ringer wire(negative) to the C6 wire on the Ring In this case the external ringer will not ring anymore when someone call and the Ring Intercom start to work properly(with the correct notification when the doorbell button is pressed).   2. DOOR OPENER I also have problems with the door opener. I connected the C5 wire to the opener button, tried connecting it to both both wires but the door won't open. On the other hand, it works if I connect C5 to one wire and C1 to the other wire(even by reversing the two wires), but in theory the C1 is needed by the doorbell external ring. I have been in contact with Ring support for days, they refuse to provide a wiring diagram and now told me to leave it on as they want to do firmware checks(but the problem is definitely in the connections). I hope I've explained myself but I'm not guaranteeing. Thank you in advance!
