Ring intercom - ALCAD 9630005

 Hi there I just bought the Ring Intercom and only after receiving de device I found out that it’s not compatible with ALCAD 9630005, i quested supported from Ring Team and they told me that it’s not on the list of compatible devices. I wonder if someone having the same intercom reference as mine has identified a workaround for this, at someone point I’m trying to see if I can identity the proper Ports on the ALCAD 9630005 so I can wire my ring intercom properly. I’m afraid if I don’t get a workaround on this I’ll have to send the device back to the store. I hope someone can help me out My best regards
