Intercom working but not showing up

Hello everyone, I just bought a ring intercom and already having problems Installed intercom. works perfectly but:If I wanna ad a widget it says that I have no devicesSame message on software security updates page.Smart things linked successfully but does not see any deviceIf I go to the devices tab I able to see the intercom device and use it normally
