Intercom permanently connected

Hello, I have the ring intercom in a distribution box, I need the device to be permanently connected. I would like to replace the battery with permanent power.

hi @vmlf123, Welcome to the Ring Community! Unfortunately the only method to power up the device is the quick release battery - other method are not available at the moment. That’s the only method at the moment but thanks to your feedback we can use them to improve our devices in the future when possible. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thank you for aswring, I hope you upgrade your battery with the microUSB connector in this position, so that we can permanently power the device.
