WHY DOES IT TAKE MULTIPLE TAPS TO VIEW THE LIVE VIEW???

Why do I have to click 3-4 times from a notification just to see the Live View in app? Surely one click would open up the Live View to my Ring doorbell? Who thought this was a good design choice?  I don't have any sort of Ring subscription plan, which shouldn't really matter as this problem shouldn't happen This is how it goes... "There's motion at your front door" notification, I click this in the hopes it takes me directly to the Live View Nope, it takes me to this page in the app. I 'x' out of this page, as there's obviously no way to view the Live View from here... And im brought back to the main page in the app (below). This main page doesn't even show the current Live View, it's just a previous Live View snapshot. I have to click on the Live View box to view the current Live View Nope...I have to click another time (the Play button) to open the actual Live View By the time you do all this tapping notifications, going back and forth in the app to simply view the Live View, the motion detected has gone, you can neither see them or speak to them quick enough to call them back (if it's for a parcel delivery or whatever) PLEASE FIX THIS
