Hi @Southbournebelle. To pay for the Ring Protect plan, you'll need to add a valid payment method. This can be either a debit or credit card. For the best experience, I'd recommend accessing Ring.com from a desktop computer, with no VPNs active.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, you'll need to follow up with our support team via one of the numbers here, or on Facebook @Ring. We don't have access to billing or account details here on the Community.
