recent payment failed

I am getting a notification of. recent payment failed update your payment method.

but the payment has been paid  £49.99.I spoke to a agent today he said I have had

a refund, which I have not. he then said we owe you £4.17 which is now pending 

on my payment card.

I am getting no where with this issue
