Not getting Geofence alerts from 2nd Gen camera on Ring app on Android device
Hi, We have a 2nd Gen indoor camera & Front door doorbell, but don't get Geofence alerts on the Ring app on an Android device. Someone from support said it only works on Pro devices, then cut me off. Can't see any articles confirming or if there is a workaround.

Hi, We have the Standard plan. Under the camera's mode settings I haven't blocked shared users being able to control modes. Support said it's because the camera isn't a pro model & so Geofence won't work ie: getting alerts to change the mode to Home or Away.

Hi @user_18ec3b. I responded to another comment from you regarding the Geofence feature in this thread. Which Ring Home plan are you subscribed to? Have you walked through the setup process for the Geofence? I'm happy to help troubleshoot once I have more information from you.
