Intermittent chime

Question

My ring doorbell chimes from outside but sometimes does not alert me or set off internal chime  meaning I am not aware someone is at the door - all devices are showing online and I’ve tried resetting both the doorbell and chime and it still hasn’t made a difference. It seemed to work ok originally and this issue only started recently. I also tried moving chime close to the front door but still is intermittent. Any suggestions?

Hi @user_f8c930. Which model of Ring Doorbell is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Is this occurring when someone rings the Doorbell, or when the Doorbell detects motion? Is this a Ring Chime that is plugged into a power outlet, or an internal chime kit connected through a doorbell circuit?
