Detection zone point set up
Weirdly all of the points on the detection zone can be dragged on my screen except top right hand corner? I’ve turned the phone around to make sure it’s not an issue with my phone screen but it just won’t drag the zone point down. Awkward because it’s not allowing me to exclude my neighbours garden. Tried reinstalling the app and it’s the latest version…has anyone else had the same issue?

I’m having the exact same issue. I’m using IPhone 13. I turned my screen also to make sure it wasn’t my phone. It’s not.

I’m having this exact same issue starting today. Same… top right corner. I uninstalled app and reinstalled. Still same thing .

Hi @user_78b6ac. Can you share which version of the Ring app you're using? Do you have a different smartphone or tablet you can use to try and edit your Motion Zones?

Hi @user_10be88. Do you have a different smartphone or tablet you can try editing your Motion Zones on? You'll just need to log into the Ring app to do so, and you can log back out after. If that's still not working, can you let me know which version of the Ring app you're using? Are you on iOS or Android?
