Can’t transfer chime
troubleshooting

Hi, my wife has cancelled her account and doorbell, I want to transfer the chime to my account, have requested transfer 5-6 times over last couple months, it says “in progress can take 15 days” obviously this has isn’t working, any help please

    Hi @user_524a05. It sounds like your wife didn't remove the Ring Doorbell and Chime from her account first. Did she delete her account, or just log out of it? If she did not delete her account, the easiest solution would be to have her log back in and remove the Chime from her account.
