App changed on Ipad cannot see timeline
troubleshooting
I have the Ring-App on my ipad and used to be able to see multiple recordings over a period of time using a timeliness bar on the bottom of the recordings. This has now disappeared and all I can see is a vertical list of individual recordings. Whereas I want a recording every 10 minutes plus triggered recordings

Hi @user_0156c3. It sounds like you've pulled up the Event History tab, which shows a list of all the events that happened on your devices. To access the timeline, tap on one of the camera previews from the dashboard. Depending on your settings, this will either bring up the timeline directly, or it will activate a Live View. You can close the Live View to see the timeline. I hope this helps!
