Cancellation policy query
How can Ring refuse to cancel an order that is less than 1 hour old? I found the same product significantly cheaper on Amazon Prime. I just wanted to cancel it. The payment hasn’t left my account, the goods have not left the warehouse but the customer service department could not see the sense in cancelling the order instead they are willing to process the order, pack, ship and deliver it so that I can refuse it and for the goods to be shipped back, unpacked, taken back into stock and eventually after no doubt weeks of chasing I’ll receive a refund- nothing short of ridiculous, utterly unnecessary and the stuff of nightmares environmentally. It would take 2 people to cancel it but more than 24 people to handle it via Ring policy - hardly cost effective when adding together the number of working hours, equipment, courier services etc. you will use and a waste of my time, energy and resources at my end. The worst customer service experience in my lifetime. Your customer service agents refused to do anything, see sense or help. Will this even get read???
