Wired doorbell stopped working more than 9 months ago… customer support not helping (terrible experience)

My wired video doorbell stopped working in December 2023, since then I was trying to find a solution with customer support, who are sooo bad, I followed all the steps and they finallyyyy, after monthsss, agreed to exchange the device and send me a new one. I thought this should be easy but nooo, it is taking them monthsss to do this very simple step, every time I call, they find a new excuse that makes absolutely no sense and they give fake promises that I should receive the new devicr soon and as usual, nothing happens at all. I need to cancel the subscription as I am now paying for a service that I don’t have. I want to escalate this issue cause the customer support team ( who are based in Egypt) are absolutely useless and they wasted sooo much time and energy in vain. I need to return the device and I need my money back cause I really don’t want to deal with Ring customer support ever again

      They also refuse to issue a refund which is the least that can be done after this inconvenience. Please give me contact information of someone who can actually help

      I tried but since the device doesn’t work for almost a year now, it is not visible on the app anymore as well as the subscription. Though money was deducted from my account earlier this year
