Water inside doorbell lens
My wired ring doorbell has water inside the lens, blocking my view and preventing the motion detection from working efficiently. Am I covered by warranty or will I have to replace myself due to this defect?

Thank you I'm in the UK, had the product for about 2 years with constant subscription from day 1. I'll get in touch with customer service.

Yes, subscription gives you a warranty on the device for as long as you subscribe for on a constant basis, the only time it does not apply is if there is any gap in the subscription. Don't let them fob you off!

Depends how long you've had it for and your particular country's laws regarding warranty/guarantee periods. But, if you've been constantly subscribed to one of the Ring Plans since purchasing it, the product is under constant guarantee so it should be replaced FOC.
